Tick Tock – Check the Clock! !        One of the very first ways you can minimise the effects of the temperature ‘danger zone’ on potentially hazardous food is by shopping smart with an insulated cool bag.  Don’t allow ‘germs’ the time and/or temperature to double their     numbers every 20 minutes and explode in their millions !
